Faulty goods and Returns Policy


We take great care to ensure all garments are produced to a high standard. If a manufacturing fault is identified, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery. To assist with a quick resolution, please email clear photos of the fault, along with the style product code and invoice number. Once the fault has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a credit for the faulty item. If a return is requested, return freight is the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed. Please note that faults caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing or general handling store, are not considered manufacturing faults.

Change of Mind/Unseen product returns

For customers who have not previously viewed the stock in person, we are happy to offer a 7 day return period from the date your delivery is received If the styles are not what you expected, they may be returned within 7 days providing the garments are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return freight for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the retailer. Once the goods are received and checked, a credit will be issued to your account. This return policy applies to first time purchases or styles not previously viewed in our showroom.

Additional Return Conditions

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Any goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Returns received outside the 7 day approval period may not be eligible for credit.

Garment Variations

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, slight variations may occur in colour, fabric texture, and print placement between product runs. These minor variations are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a manufacturing fault.

We reserve the right to decline returns if this policy is used excessively.
